• As a new seller , we at gotpigeon.com give you the option to register yourself online as a user of gotpigeon.com or we will set up your registration for you.
• Sellers that would like to register themselves online as a UserCLICK HERE. This will give the steps to get registered.
• If preferred, gotpigeon.com will register you as a User, Complete the Registration Form found on the Auction Home Site. The form is called "New Seller Registration Form". Print it out and just follow the instructions.
• If gotpigeon.com sets up your User Information your username will be according to your Email address. You must have a valid email address. Your usernames temporary password will be sent to you via email. Once you have received your password, write it down, you will need it for the next steps. Return back to the auction home site www.gotpigeon.com . Click on the Auction button to enter the auction site. IMPORTANT: To change your password first log in with your temporary password. You will be logged in on the Membership Home page. Under the heading "Passwords" click on "Change Your Password". You will need your temporary password handy again. Continue to follow the directions. (We at gotpigeon.com suggest all Users to change their password as soon as you log in for the first time.) (reminder: your password should be something you can member.) If you need any assistance please just give us a call.
• New auctions listing will start on every Sunday at 7:00 pm (PST) and close off every Sunday at 7:00 pm (PST),unless the item has on going bidding.. The auction site will except more valid bids for an additional 5 minutes, or until there is no more bidding on such item. There will be no combat bid sniping at gotpigeon.com. All auctions will be posted for 7 days. If your bird(s) do not sell, you will have an option of re posting your bird for an additional 7 days, with no additional cost. All birds that are subject to a price reduction need to be emailed to gotpigeon@aol.com attention Tami Perry or phoned before Wednesday of the following Sunday post date.
• Our administer staff will post all your auctions for you. Contact Tami Perry, 209-669-9800
• Deadline for posting a bird(s) is Wednesday at noon for the following Sunday. Just as a reminder, you will have the opportunity to be able to preview the bird(s) on the auction site before it/they are released to sell then please check your birds online that Thursday morning. All birds that are on preview will be highlighted in bright yellow. We will accept any changes until the Friday, before the Sunday post. • Sellers are responsible for all pigeons to be in good condition during auction posting and when sold. Sellers warrant that all information that is posted is valid and correct about him/herself and/or the bird(s) being auctioned.
• We have a NO SELL, NO FEE Policy. If you bird is not sold the Auction Fee is wavied. If your pigeon is sold on gotpigeon.com all listing fee(s) will be charged after the auction(s) closes. Listing fees: $30.00 for each bird posted and sold. If the bird is not sold we will repost the bird, for the second 7 days, if requested by the seller with no additional charges.
• After gotpigeon.com has posted your bird(s), sellers will receive an email stating that your auction has been posted, the amount of the opening bid and listing charges/fees. At that time you may go to www.gotpigeon.com and review your auction posting(s).
• The final results of your auction will be published on the site shortly after the auction closes. As the seller you will receive an email informing you that the auction has closed. The email will inform you, either if the bird was sold and who the buyer was.
• IMPORTANT: Once you have received an email stating that all funds have been collected for the pigeon(s), it is your responsibility to ship the Buyer within 7 days of the auction closing date. All shipping boxes must be in good condition, please include all documentation and/or pedigrees. The Sellers shipping costs will be reimbursed by the buyer.

Reimbursed Shipping Rates:
$40.00 for 1 to 3 Birds
$50.00 for 4 Birds
$70.00 for 5 to 8 Birds

• gotpigeon.com will send all funds, including reimbursed shipping fees, within 7 days of the auction closing, as long as all funds have been collected from the winning Buyer.
• Winning Bidders will be charged on their credit cards once the auction closes. If there is any INVALID credit cards and/or FAILURE to make payment then the Seller will be notified that the next highest bidder will have the option to become the winner. gotpigeon.com will then email the seller and buyer all the new buyer information.
• As the auctioneer, we have the absolute discretion to determine the winning bidder. We reserve the right to cancel all sale(s) and/or re-auction any bird(s) disputed.

 

Fee and Commission Breakdown:

Effective: January 1st 2007

New Posting/Graphic Fee: $10.00 for per photo/pedigree - If gotpigeon.com is required to provide graphic work.
New Credit Card / Paypal Fee: 3% of all processed credit card / paypall charges.

•  Posting Fee: $30.00 for each pigeon posted
•  Commission Fee: 12% for any pigeon sold for $300.00 up to $999.99.
•  Commission Fee: 10% for any pigeon sold for $1000.00 up to $1500.00.
•  Commission Fee:  8% for any pigeon sold for $1500.01 and Up, Posting Fee Waived
•  Our initial posting fee is included as part of our commission fee. See Table below
