We do not have control over the items that are posted in the auction site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of merchandise. gotpigeon.com is not responsible for the actions of the seller, before, during and after the auction. gotpigeon.com is not responsible for typographical errors, mis-prints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this auction site. By registering with gotpigeon.com and in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release gotpigeon.com form any claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any why connected with such disputes. gotpigeon.com will assist the buyer and seller to the best of our ability in order to conclude the transaction.
